Order Processing

All orders placed before 23:59 GMT (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) are processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase is completed.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation including your tracking code so you can follow your parcel.

Shipping & Delivery

  • All orders are shipped directly from our international production partners.
  • Your order will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.
  • If we anticipate any delay in delivery, we will notify you as soon as possible.
  • Please note that, where permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss, cost, or damage arising from delayed delivery.

In rare cases, certain locations may be unavailable to our delivery partners. If this happens, we will contact you to arrange either a refund or an alternative delivery address.

Responsibility for the goods transfers to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, unless any delay is caused by a failure to meet your obligations.


If You Are Unable to Receive the Delivery

If you are unable to receive or collect your parcel, the courier will inform you where you can pick up your package.


How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Please note: it may take 24 to 72 hours for tracking information to become active.

If you have not received your order within 10 days, please contact us at info@smartlywell.com, including your name and order number, and we will be happy to assist you.


Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and meets the conditions outlined in our Return Policy.

  • Once your return is approved, we will issue a full refund of the purchase amount.

Damaged Items

Did your order arrive damaged? Please contact us immediately at info@smartlywell.com and include the following:

  • Your order number
  • clear photo of the damage

We will ensure a prompt and appropriate resolution.
