Return Policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 60 minutes of placing it. Please contact us by email as soon as possible.

After the 60-minute window, cancellation is no longer possible as the order may have already entered processing. In this case, you will need to wait until the parcel arrives and then return it to us.

Important:
For returns due to a change of mind, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We only accept returns for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.


Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically returned to your original method of payment (such as your credit card). Refunds typically appear within a few working days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your card issuer. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank. Processing times can vary between institutions.

Returning an Item After Delivery

If you wish to return an item, please email us at info@smartlywell.com and we will guide you through the next steps.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

For higher-value items, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

Please include the reason for your return and attach a photo if the item is damaged or faulty. 


Faulty or Damaged Item?

If your item is faulty, please send us a clear photo showing the issue.
Once reviewed, we will resolve it by offering either a replacement or a refund — simply let us know which option you prefer when contacting us.
